Author Terms of Service

• You agree and represent that you are the original author of the articles that you submit and that you have the full right and authority to submit them.
  
  
• You agree to indemnify and save harmless ArticleScream (including attorneys' fees, costs, and expense) from and against any Claims by third parties regarding or related to any of the articles submitted by you.
  
  
• You understand that your submission to ArticleScream.com does not guarantee your inclusion in our article directory. We reserve the right to delete any articles from our directory at any time.
  
  
• You give us authorization to move your article into a more suitable category if we believe it is classified under the wrong category.
  
  
• By submitting your articles to the ArticleScream.com article directory, you agree to allow us to: (1) Publish your article on the ArticleScream.com article directory and any of its article directory partners. (2) Publish your article in RSS format for other websites to syndicate. (3) Publish your article in our real time, daily, or weekly newsletters. (4) Allow any other third party to copy your article from ArticleScream.com and publish it on their site or other property
  
  
• You understand that ArticleScream.com is a free article directory and you will not be paid if and when your articles are published. You will receive all credit for your work and your resource box will be left in place.
  
  
• You agree that you will not be able to delete your ArticleScream.com at any time in the future. If you request a deletion you can contact us but deletions are in our full discretion. You also understand that we can not delete any copies of your article already publisher on third party sites.
  
  
• You can include up to three links in the article resource box. Other parts of the article including its summary and body can not include any links.
  
  
• You agree to not include any affiliate links in the body of your article. If you are trying to promote an affiliate program, please set up your own domain and link to it in your resource box. Links may not be included in the article summary.
  
  
• You agree to not include any email address or phone numbers in articles submitted to ArticleScream.com.
  
  
• You agree not to submit articles that contain violent, racial, advocacy against an individual or a group, pornography, adult content, hacking or cracking information, drugs related, gambling or casino related, deceptive, promote sales or usage or weapons, beer and tobacco or any other content which is illegal or infringes on the legal rights of others.
  
  
• You represent that by submitting your article you are not in violation of any federal or state law and that you have the full authority to engage in such article submission.
  
  
• The ArticleScream.com article directory may at any time translate your article into various languages for our partnered sites. Your article will remain complete with your resource box intact.
  
  
• We reserve the right to deny any article submitted to the site that is in violation of these terms or for any other reason at our full discretion without any notification.
  
  
• We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time. Please come back regularly to check for any terms changes.
  
  
• We reserve the right to include advertising on pages with your articles.
  
  
• Please ensure submitted articles are correctly formatted. Do not use hard breaks by pressing return at the end of each line; instead let each line wrap normally. If your article is not formatted properly, it will be declined.
  
  

Publisher Terms of Service

• You agree not to remove "Article Source: http://www.ArticleScream.com" or any other ArticeCat link from each article you choose to publish.
  
  
• You agree to copy and republish articles without any editing and modifications and to include all the links in any parts of the article. Specifically you agree to always include with the article its resource box, any link in the resource box and any other link to ArticleScream.com.
  
  
• You are allowed to reformat the article to meet your site design theme such as fonts and colors but only if such formatting is not done in order to hide the article resource box and links and is not intended to bypass any other term.
  
  
• You understand that you must respect the copyright of each author whose articles you wish to publish. This includes but is not including the article resource box and any link provided by the author.
  
  
• You agree not change, edit, or reword any part of any article not written by you.
  
  
• You must agree to keep hyperlinks "live" so that users can click on said link and be taken to its destination.
  
  
• You agree to never use any articles obtained from the ArticleScream.com article directory in any form of spam or unsolicited mail.
  
  
• You agree to not publish any articles on sites that contain hate, racist, warez, porn, or any other illegal material.
  
  
• You agree to never sell any article obtained from our article directory without written consent from the author. This includes selling articles individually or in a compilation.
